Tips for Guaranteed Healthy and Fast Weight Loss

By Nathalie Fiset Almost everybody, at some point in their of life, has experienced weight-related problems. Most of us, women and men alike, are not content with what we see. We feel that unless we are wafer thin like the models and celebrities we see on television and magazines, we will never be attractive and beautiful. On the other hand, there are an increasing number of obese individuals across the world. Becoming overweight has become a trend in both the West and East hemispheres. The increasing popularity of processed and fast foods have exacerbated the obesity situation. There are many diseases related to being overweight, such as hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea, coronary heart disease, to name a few. Thus, you need to find ways to incorporate weight loss activities and good eating habits to our daily routine. Before you start any type of diet, however, you need to go to a physician first. The doctor will tell you if your weight loss plan is appropriate for your health condition. Furthermore, the physician will also assist you in determining if you really need to lose weight and how much weight you need to shed. Many people develop eating disorders because they do not visit a doctor before drastically changing their eating habits and starting a diet plan. If you want to lose weight fast, healthy and permanently, you need to follow the tips below. Maintain a balanced diet The reason why many people are overweight is partly due to an unbalanced diet. If you eat too much from one food group, you won’t be able to get the vitamins and nutrients that your body need. A balanced diet is composed of protein, dairy food, a little bit of fat from healthy oil, fruit and vegetables, and good carbohydrates — at least 5 portions every day. Many professionals suggest a diet that is composed of mostly carbohydrate, moderate protein intake, and a little bit of fat. However, there are many diets espousing a huge amount of protein intake and a dramatic decrease in carbohydrates. Before you apply such diets to your daily routine, you need to talk with a physician first. This high-protein diet may not be ideal for some people, such as those with kidney disease. Increase servings of fruit and vegetables Fruits and vegetables are good sources of vitamins and minerals that our body need. Such food supplies us with vitamin A that is good for our eyes, vitamin C that boosts our immune system, beta-carotene that helps protects our body from the damage of free radicals, and nutrients. Most fruits and vegetables are high in fiber and low calorie, so they also help clean our colon and make us feel fuller. Canned fruits and vegetables are acceptable; however, there is no substitute for the real thing. Stay away from junk food and sugar-loaded drinks Try eliminating junk food and soda from your diet for a week or two, and you will surely feel and see the difference. Maybe the reason why it is called junk food is due to its poor nutritional value. Try looking at a junk food’s label, not only is it full of saturated fat, but also usually high in salt or sugar, or both. Aside from water, most of the things you drink are also loaded with calories. Soda and sweetened fruit juices are mainly sugar. Thus, no matter how little you eat, but if you still drink lots of soda and sweetened beverages, you will still continue to gain weight. Don’t skip breakfast Even if you are in a hurry or late for work or school, you need to grab a bite. It would be better if your breakfast is healthy probably an apple, oatmeal and a glass of nonfat milk. If you miss breakfast, you most probably will feel hungrier the rest of the day. In order for our body function properly, we need energy from the food we eat. If you skip breakfast, or a meal or two, your body’s metabolism will slow down to compensate for the lack of energy supply. More often than not, people who skip meals, particularly the first meal of the day, will binge later in the day. So, even if you skipped breakfast, you will have a tendency to eat a lot during lunch or dinner. Start exercising Many of us spend an extended number of hours in our offices. We get stuck sitting down in front of the computer for more than eight hours. When we get home, we spend another hour or two to check e-mails and chat with friends. Thus, we don’t expend most of the calories from the food we eat and those excess calories go straight to our belly, arms and thighs. If you want to increase your metabolism, you must start exercising. Brisk walking is a good way to start your exercise routine. If you do not have time to go to the gym, you need to find ways to increase your activities. Try sports activities that you will enjoy boxing, badminton, or spelunking. There are many to fat burning activities to choose from. The tips above will not let you lose 10 pounds overnight. However, in the long run, such changes will help you become healthier and fitter. The weight loss you will experience will be more permanent. Dr Nathalie Fiset is a family doctor and a certified hypnotherapist. Baby Cribs: Dress Them Up – Protect Them – Too

By Ammy Johnson Baby cribs are a necessary part of any nursery. It is not safe to place a baby into a bed of any size. They need the stability and the security that comes from a crib and only the right type of crib will make this happen. If you are looking to add to your nursery one of the most important pieces of furniture, there are several considerations that you must take into your purchasing mind. First and foremost, you must consider safety and stability. Then, consider the look and appeal of the crib too. After all, your baby will only be a baby for a very short amount of time. Baby Crib Safety: Whats Important To Know In baby cribs, safety must be your number one consideration. That means that your baby needs to have a crib that they cant get out of, that they cant get hurt from and that they cant be hurt because of whats in it. Start with the railings. They must be sturdy and be proven that no matter how much baby pushes and pulls on it that he cant move it. The slots in between the railings needs to be very narrow so that not even the smallest of babies can fit through it. You shouldnt provide your baby with any type of pillow that can easily smother them. In addition, keep the babys toys as well as any type of tie on out of their reach. Doing these things is vitally important to improving the safety of your babys crib. Baby, Baby, Baby Now that you know that the crib is safe, how can you dress it up so that it is fitting for the prince or princess you plan to place there? There are many things that you can and should do to make it a very comfortable and livable environment. Start with sheets. Fitted sheets are going to be needed, including several sets of them. But, the fun thing is that there are countless cute designs that you can purchase inexpensively. You can even make your own if you like. You can match the quilt that you use for baby to the sheet too. A bumper pad that is a match is also ideal; but be careful in securing this to the bed so that no strings are able to be torn loose. Mobiles are an excellent choice for babys crib, too. There are many wall decorations that can be used over the crib. To help get your baby to interact with them, make them primary colors or just black and white. You want them to be amazing to look at and you want your child to interact with them. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that anything that is hanging over the babys crib can potentially be something that could fall on them. Try to keep this to a minimal and avoid anything that is not secured tightly. Baby cribs dont have to be cheap in the way that they look, but you can easily dress them up inexpensively. Online Fruit Shopping And Giving

By Elizabeth Gilley The health and fitness trend influences even people’s gift giving practices with the increasing popularity of fruit baskets. Studies show that more fruit baskets are given in recent years than in the last decade. The further improvement of online fruit basket services also increase sales of fruit baskets as gifts. It does not only make shopping for gift baskets easier; most sites even provide delivery services. People can express their thanks and give their gifts while sitting comfortably in their home or office. When searching for the perfect fruit basket for home use or as a present, there are several things and choices to consider. From the fruits to be included, to the kind of baskets and fillers to be used, care must be taken for your fruit basket to remain special and avoid looking generic. More fruit baskets’ sites are developing and along with this, the choice of fruit basket sites becomes a critical consideration. First, find sites that suits your needs. Do you need a holiday basket? A Valentine basket or an Easter basket? Search engines are a great tool for looking up these sites. Just type “fruit baskets” and search away. Refine your search when you logged on a particular site. Compare and see if their selections and designs suit your taste. Usually, these sites feature pictures, descriptions, and the price of displayed baskets. Second, more fruit baskets sites usually lets customers choose the fruits to be included in their baskets. Check if the site has a harvest listing wherein the fruits’ name and harvest period are displayed. The more recent the harvest date is, the fresher the fruits are, and thus, better quality. Select the freshest fruits for your fruit baskets. Third, check arrival periods. Does the site ship orders immediately or do they ask for day allowances? This is important as long travel may damage the quality of the fruits in your basket. Fourth, check the website for its security measures; FAQ pages usually answers security questions about the site. This is important because sensitive information is to be used to purchase your order such as bank account and credit card numbers. Also, be ready with the credit card to furnish the site with the necessary information to confirm your order. However, before confirming, consult the price list, delivery charges, delivery time, and method before closing the deal. Most fruit basket sites also feature promos such as overnight deliveries and extra gift items. It might be worthwhile to check these. As most sites have this feature, you can include a card in your purchase with your desired message if the baskets are to be shipped directly to your recipient. You didn’t even break a sweat in sending your gift, plus your recipient would be glad that you are concerned about his health (hence, the healthy gift). Continue clicking and send your friends and loved ones more fruit baskets. It is a great, healthy, and easy way to show you care. New Surgical Treatment Options for Hernias

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Joseph_R._Lopez] Joseph R. Lopez Hernia repair is one of the most commonly performed surgical procedures worldwide. In fact, there are over 600,000 hernia repair surgeries performed each year in the U.S. alone. A hernia is a weakness or defect in the abdominal muscles which can result in the protrusion of tissue through an opening in the outer layers of the abdominal wall. Hernias can develop at any part of the abdominal wall, but generally occur in areas that have a natural tendency to be weak. These areas include the groin (inguinal hernias), umbilicus (umbilical hernias), hiatus (hiatal hernias) and incisions from previous surgeries (incisional or ventral hernias). While hernias generally do not pose serious long-term health problems, they can cause severe pain and discomfort for those suffering from this condition. Hernias may be present from birth, or can be caused by strain on the abdominal muscles. In either case, hernias do not go away by themselves and depending on the degree of bulging or pain, generally require a surgical procedure to be repaired. Hernia repairs are usually done on an elective basis, which means that the patient and physician decide whether or when the procedure should be performed. Emergency procedures are only done for strangulated hernias, which are hernias that have become pinched to the point that the blood supply is cut off. These hernias require immediate medical attention since they can become infected and lead to a life threatening condition very quickly. Hernias are typically repaired through a surgical procedure called herniorrhaphy, in which the surgeon repairs the hole in the abdominal wall by sewing surrounding muscle together or by placing a patch called mesh over the defect. Most surgeons make an incision at the site of the hernia in order to gain access to the defect, although some surgeons prefer to do these procedures laparoscopically. During a laparoscopic hernia repair, the surgeon makes very small incisions to pass through specialized instruments and an endoscope, a device that allows the surgeon to see the abdominal area without opening the patient up. Laparoscopic hernia repair generally results in less postoperative pain and recovery time than open surgery. There is still a great deal of controversy over the long-term benefits of laparoscopic hernia repair, however, and it is by no means an option for every patient. The use of surgical mesh to repair hernias is gaining in popularity with surgeons. Most meshes currently on the market are made from synthetic materials such as polypropylene, polyester, silicone or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly known by the DuPont brand name Teflon. While these meshes have good strength characteristics, they remain in the body as permanent implants and sometimes can cause adverse reactions when the surrounding tissue identifies these materials as foreign bodies. In order to avoid adverse reactions to synthetic materials, some surgeons prefer to use meshes made of biomaterials which are gradually resorbed by the body over time and are then eliminated through biological processes. Since these meshes are not permanent implants, they generally only offer temporary repair of abdominal wall defects and additional surgical procedures are sometimes required to replace the absorbed mesh. An alternative to synthetic and absorbable mesh is human tissue. There are a handful of companies that are now marketing processed, freeze-dried human dermis for soft tissue repair and augmentation. This material is implanted using the same technique as other meshes and provides for revascularization, cellular ingrowth and remodeling into the patients tissue. While this option generally provides a permanent repair with few adverse reactions, the processing and distribution of human tissue is not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as are most other products that are implanted in the human body. In fact, there have been a number of recent cases of serious infections and even deaths resulting from the implantation of human cadaveric tissue during surgical procedures. New technologies have recently been developed to solve the problems associated with the use of synthetic substances, absorbable materials and human tissue in hernia repair procedures. Scientists in Europe have been conducting research and development into alternatives to these products over the past two decades and have made major breakthroughs in this area over the past several years. New ways of collecting and processing natural materials have led to a series of products that offer the strength of synthetic compounds, the biocompatibility of biomaterials and the regenerative properties of human tissue. What material can offer all of the benefits of the previously mentioned products without the corresponding disadvantages? Porcine dermal collagen has an architectural structure very close to human tissue, and is therefore readily recognized as friendly by the human body. A leading medical technology company in Europe has developed a patented process by which a sheet of porcine dermis is converted into a safe and effective surgical implant for soft tissue repair and augmentation. The process, which takes several weeks to complete, removes all non collageneous material from the sheet except elastin, and stabilizes the material through a cross-linking process. The result is an acellular, non reconstituted, non allergenic membrane which has excellent strength characteristics, is completely biocompatible and provides a permanent solution for the repair of abdominal wall defects. Since the material itself is a byproduct of the meat packaging industry, it is more readily available than human tissue. In addition, the harvesting and processing of the material is strictly regulated by local government, as well as international directives and quality standards. This collagen surgical implant has been used in Europe for these types of procedures for several years and there is strong clinical evidence of the safety and effectiveness of the product. In fact, the implant has been approved for sale in the U.S. by the FDA and there have not been any adverse reactions reported after several thousand implantations in Europe. Not only is it safe, since the structure of the collagen is so similar to human tissue, once it is implanted the sheet provides the basis for cellular ingrowth and revascularization. This results in a permanent fix in even the most difficult cases. In addition to the positive clinical outcomes, surgeons like the fact that they do not need to change their surgical technique to use this product. They can use the same exact same steps they would use for synthetic or absorbable surgical mesh in both open and laparoscopic procedures. Only physicians can properly diagnose and appropriately treat hernias. However, patients have the right to actively participate in decisions that affect their health or quality of life. Information about the various treatment options that are currently available can play an important part in the discussions between patients and their physicians regarding the best surgical treatment option for them. Study in USA, Get A Student Visa (F-1 Visa)

By Swati A For International Students United States of America has been the top most destination for international students, and why not, the best colleges in almost any field are in this great country. Every year thousands of international students come to USA for graduation/other higher degrees in Engineering, Medicine, Management, Law etc. The information below is focused on getting a Student visa (often referred as F1 or F-1 visa), some useful information around the college application procedure and prospects after you complete your study are also covered. Visa or immigration document allows a foreign citizen to travel to a U.S. port-of entry (ex Airport) and request permission from the U.S. immigration officer to enter the United States. STEP 1: EXAMS REQUIRED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR STUDENT VISA a) Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): English is the national language of USA. Earlier it use to be paper based exam but these days its mostly given on the internet from designated centers all over the world. These scores are used by many other countries. Although rare but some English speaking nations may be exempted from TOEFL. b) Specialization specific exam ( Ex: GRE / GMAT / SAT) : Depending on which specific branch or level (Graduation/Under-Grad etc) of education, there is a test for that very specific field. Tests centers are all over the world and mostly computer based. A management level applicant will give GMAT, Engineering student will give GRE etc. Depending on these scores there will be a cut-off for each institution to which you can apply. Not all institutions can allow foreign students; they should have permission from USCIS (United States Citizenship and immigration Services) to do so. STEP 2: STUDENT VISA (F-1 Visa) The student should have a non-immigrant intent i.e. he/she is coming to USA genuinely for educational purposes only and not just to enter in the country for immigration purpose. Students must also demonstrate that they have the financial resources to study without the need to engage in unauthorized or illegal employment. Institutions need these following documents * Written application to the school * Institution’s qualification criteria for admission (i.e. TOEFL / SAT/ GRE etc.) * Student’s prior academic record and financial support evidence. * An acceptance letter allowing the student to study. * Passport After this institutions can issue Form I-20 needed for F-1 Student visa. Students must take that form to their nearest US consulate along with Passport, Visa fee, Form OF-156 (Application for a Nonimmigrant Visa), documents indicating evidence of financial support and documents proving sufficient ties to home country. One should explore the opportunity of scholarships given by Institutions to some students with high scores or exceptional ability in sports. Also students may qualify to work part time. Check your institution for those details. STEP 3: ENTERING USA At the port of Entry ( ex Airport), the students must present all the documents including passport, I-20, Documents from Institution. The immigration officer after verification will issue an I-94 Arrival/Departure Record that contains a unique number. Keep this document safe, probably attached to your passport. Once you arrive on campus, you should report immediately to the office that is responsible for assisting international students and scholars. STEP 4: LIFE / CAREER AFTER COMPLETING YOUR EDUCATION Often US companies/employers may come on campus to recruit appropriate students for their organization. If you are the one selected then the employer must file for your working visa ( usually referred as the H-1 visa). Good news !! US Govt. has a special H-1 quota presently at 20,000 visa’s (number can change with time) for students who do their graduation in USA. If the student is not offered H-1 visa, and not pursuing studies in USA anymore, the individual must return back to their home country. OTHER STUDENT VISA’s * J-1, or Exchange Visitor. Students participating in an exchange visitor program in the U.S * M-1, or Student Visa Those who will be engaged in non-academic or vocational study or training. * B-2 prospective student visa A prospective student, who has not yet decided on a school, can later apply for F-1 Visa. Immigration Law’s change very often and sometimes have specific details. It is highly recommended to consult an Immigration Attorney or expert personally to get an update on latest form and procedures before applying for a Student visa. Wedding Party Gift Ideas

By Shirley Tan A number of people play an important part in making your wedding celebration a success. A well chosen wedding party gift is the best way to thank all the people in your wedding party who helped make the day so memorable for you. Here we have some ideas that tell the members of your wedding party, in the best way possible, how much you appreciate their being around on your special day: Wedding party gifts for female attendants (including the Maid of Honor and the Bridesmaids): A favorite gift option for the most important people in your wedding party is jewelry. A simple, yet elegant necklace or bracelet is bound to be loved by all. Consider hair jewelry, like a bejeweled barrette, as well. A variation on this is a decorated jewelry box. For an added personal touch, consider getting it engraved with their names. For Maids of Honor and Bridesmaids who love surrounding themselves with sweet smells, great gift options include a bottle of perfume, votive candles and aromatherapy kits. For those who love looking good, think of gift ideas such as a make-up kit, a manicure and pedicure set or even a spa set. Maids of Honor and Bridesmaids who love good food and wine will love a bottle of fine wine and a box of chocolates. Yet another option for these foodies is a set of gourmet cookbooks or a collection of fine and rare spices or even a set of gourmet teas and coffees. The music lovers in your wedding party are sure to appreciate a set of CDs from their favorite artist just as much as the movie freaks will enjoy a DVD or two. And for those who love to have a good time, a set of margarita glasses or wine glasses works great! A new trend in wedding party gifts is gifting an experience as opposed to a thing. This can include just about anything from a day at the spa to creative classes to concert tickets to a favorite band. Other popular wedding party gifts for your female attendants include handkerchiefs, evening bags, photo frames, stationery, candle-sticks and decorative items. Wedding party gifts for male attendants (including the Best man and the Groomsmen): Its tough enough finding a gift for one guy, so it is understandable if the task of finding gifts for all the men in your wedding party seems practically impossible. But help is at hand – we have for you some great ideas for gifts for the men in your wedding party. Popular wedding party gifts for male attendants include leather wallets, Swiss army knives, cuff links, leather shaving kits and silk ties. For those who are into the great outdoors, gift options include binoculars, camping and hiking gear, fishing gear, protective eye wear and a cool back-pack. Show the sports lovers in your wedding party how much you appreciate their help with some sporting gear like golf or tennis accessories. For the busy executive, a smart organizer, an engraved pen set or business card holder and personalized stationery make great gifts. And almost every guy we know would love to get a cool tool box, a barbecue set or a smart set of beer mugs. Gifted experiences work very well with men too. This could again be anything ranging from a creative class to tickets for the next big game to an adventure trip like white water rafting. How To Get A Good Job–Without A College Degree

By Natasha Watson Most of us are taught at an early age to get a good education so that we can get a good job when we grow up. Our teachers, our counselors, our parents all have instilled these ideas into our brains to Finish school, and then get a good job. As a parent, I couldnt think of any other lesson more valuable to teach a child. Knowledge is power, a good education will open doors, or my personal favorite dont be a foolstay in school. The National Center for Education reported for the years 2003 and 2004 that the number of high school completers totaled 42.2%. College enrollment rates of recent high school completers were 45.2%. The reality is that more than half of all high school students do not graduate from high school and less than half of high school graduates will enroll in college. This says there is a strong likelihood that the majority of people looking for a good job do not hold a college degree. You can still get a good job if you are willing to have a good job and you can do so without a college degree. So, what makes a good job, good? Is it salary? Distance from home? Company benefits? Advancement opportunities? Believe it or not, we think about these things when we apply for positions and seek opportunities. Actually, none of these things make a good job. Simply put, a good job is good when you love doing what you do so much that nothing else matters. There has to be some delight in going to your job everyday. Not all people take pleasure in their work. As a result, we are only selling ourselves short of this fulfillment. Remember when you were asked What do you want to be when you grow up? when you were younger. Think about the reasons why you wanted to be those things. To help people, fight crime, etc. Those are the same reasons that should lead you into your job today. A passion. A belief. Not the amount of money you are going to make. Instead of finding a job that makes good money and learning to like it find out what it is you love to do and make money doing it. So, how do you know whether going to college would have been more beneficial than just obtaining a job right after high school? That depends on the hirer. Depending on the size of the company and the salary range for the position, the employer can hire a non-degreed applicant with experience or a degreed applicant without experience for the same money. So why go to college in the first place, you may wonder. Well, attending college is a personal decision that is only the best option for those who choose it. In other words, not all successful people have a college degree; so by far, it is common to choose alternative paths to become the person you want to be. Being non-degreed in a work force so competitive can be intimidating, but it is possible to overcome. 1. The first thing you must do is to figure out what it is you want to do. There are so many occupations, jobs, and careers that match so many different objectives so start this process early. If you are unsure of your career goals, consider completing a career assessment to help determine your personal motivations and characteristics and see which careers are most suitable for you. You can also speak with an employment counselor. 2. Research a typical work environment for that profession and the most popular companies that are hiring. Contact the managers at those companies and request informational interviews with them. Ask them questions about how they became successful in their field and how they got where they are. Networking with people in your industry is the best way to get into a job. Network with as many people as possible. 3. Gather any and all on the job training certificates, seminars, workshops, volunteer activities, or other training that you have participated in that showcase your talent. This training will transfer into beneficial job skills and will need to be transformed into valuable experience and knowledge. 4. Be yourself. A phrase you have undoubtedly heard before. Sometimes you may need to practice being yourself by playing up your most desirable traits in social situations. If you are positive then bring something positive to a situation, event, or conversation. If you are dependable then always keep your word with others. 5. You must have a sound understanding of communication and how to communicate with others effectively. You must develop impeccable interviewing skills and clearly, you need to make a lasting first impression with the interviewer. Here are 5 tips to help you accomplish this: A. Use strong eye contact. Be confident. B. Smile. Show some teeth. C. Shake hands firmly. Even I have shaken some wimpy hands on occasional interviews. Dont be afraid to touch the interviewers hand, some might take offense to this. If youre that finicky, just remember, you can wash your hands later. D. Speak clearly. You want to be understood and you want to make powerful statements that have meaning. E. Monkey see, Monkey do. Take note of the receivers body language, tone of voice, posture, hand gestures, etc. People want to be around other people who are like them. You can still get a good job without a college degree because a college degree does not make you successful you do. Your success is not measured by the degrees you hold, but by the person you are. Shape your own future and mold it into something beautiful. It starts with you and no-thing and no-one else matters. http://www.writeresumeservices.bravehost.com Natasha Watson, President and Founder of Write Rsum Services, is a professional rsum writer and member of the National Rsum Writers Association. Sexual Problems In Relationships (2B) – Differing Gender Approaches

By Elaine Sihera For most men, sex is done for its own sake an act to be engaged in and enjoyed, with or without love, with or without commitment and with or without emotional connection. Men see sex as a way to establish a positive love relationship and to identify their ideal soulmate. They have to be shown this love through sex to be convinced of the womans intention. For her part, a woman knows sex doesnt prove a man loves her, so she wants to be chosen, valued, wooed and loved first, usually by romantic actions like talking and touching, long before having sex. Otherwise, she may feel sexually used (i.e. Hes only interested in me for sex.). The differences between the two genders come head to head with the next stage, getting to actual intercourse. At the start of any new love-making process, the man is likely to be worried that he will do something wrong or that the woman will change her mind and stop him from proceeding. This fear is likely to prompt him to progress as rapidly as he can towards intercourse to avoid losing his opportunity, thereby making him appear less romantic and uncaring. However, hoping for romantic affection, the woman may try to discourage this unseemly haste by slowing his progress, which might not only be frustrating, if he is desperate for release, but the guy could interpret her actions as a reluctance to proceed. Awkward Fumblings Yet, even if she desires to have sex, the faster he goes the more unprepared and unlubricated she will be, especially if he is inexperienced and has trouble finding her sensitive G-spot. She may not even be able to increase her arousal if she cannot show him where it is, especially if she does not know it herself! The result of these first encounters is that, all too soon, the love-making is over with at least one party feeling somewhat frustrated and disappointed. In these first encounters, neither party may experience much of what he/she wanted or imagined because each knows very little about the other. Thats the main reason why very few first encounters are ever earth-shattering events. Instead, they are likely to be awkward fumblings, lacking in quality but functional in their use and embarrassing for both parties on reflection; often stopping potential relationships dead in their tracks. Like all good experiences, the impact of sex is often diminished by expecting too much of it, or relying upon it to prove our love for each other. But sex is not a substitute for anything else. It is merely one key aspect of love, and does not replace love itself. With practice, any couple can benefit from sex and have great emotional experiences. But they will gradually realise that sex is a complex act involving certain actions, sensitive emotions, disparate expectations, communication, knowledge and consideration of others elements which will take a long time to master, especially when we are starting from zero base and lack social and sexual skills.
